American Nazi organization rally at Madison Square Garden, 1939

Supposedly 22,000 Nazi supporters attended an American Bund rally at New York's Madison Square Garden in February 1939, under police guard.

I did not have this knowledge that Nazi sympathizers were this organized and meeting openly in the United States in the thirties. Shocked, I am. i knew there were sympathizers and anti-Semitism but, no, large gathering in Madison Square Garden?? So, now, the racists, who have been amongst us all along are embracing Nazi-ism again. This country is moving backwards.
