Heather was a supporter of Bernie Sanders in 2016 from her (sparse) Facebook postings.
Two of her 6 public Facebook posts and only political Facebooks in 2016 were in support of Bernie Sanders.

If Heather is martyr (and she is), let her death be a positive in healing the rift within the Democratic Party and between other liberals and progressives who have chosen to not be Democrats.
This the way forward and together is the only way to hold back the political forces of darkness.
Time to channel that outrage is now.
