http://www.rawstory.com/2017/08/busted-fbi-seizes-records-and-computers-from-gop-reps-office-as-part-of-probe-into-campaign-finance-fraud/?platform=hootsuiteOn Wednesday afternoon, the Los Angeles Times reported that records and computers from Rep. Duncan Hunter (R-CA)s campaign treasurer were seized in February amid an FBI probe into whether he violated campaign finance law.
The warrant was issued for the offices of Election CFO, a firm tasked with providing campaign finance law compliance that was founded by a former George W. Bush administration official.
According to the Times, the warrant they acquired reveals new information about the federal investigation into Hunters campaign spending. Some of that spending includes the $1,300 in video game purchases that first alerted investigators to the case.

$1300 is about how much I spent when I bought my vive ($800) and the 1070 gtx I needed to run it. That doesn't include the rest of the computer.

(51,129 posts)8. Did Republicans leak this to take the story away from Manafort?
This is about a few video games, not stealing elections and laundering millions.

This web is so thick and dense, it won't fit into news articles, and most people won't be able to comprehend it.
