He is an awful excuse for a Manager. In Business, half the battle is hiring the right people. Trump's record at this is abysmal. A primary skill for a Manager is hiring and managing personnel. Trump is an awful failure at this. I am amazed that he has had a career as a business man. He is really a con man and an awful excuse for a Manager.
