5. Kim was educated in Europe and knows how big the planet is

and how relatively small NK is. While he's tired of staring down the barrel of a gun across the DMZ, I don't find him either stupid or suicidal. NK has successfully launched one missile with the capability of being an ICBM with a few big "ifs," like if they have a reliable guidance system and if it can carry a heavy warhead and if their nukes are at all reliable yet (sources say no). He's just not ready yet.

I see this as a war of words and two clashing egos. I hope I'm not wrong about this. I would resent the hell out of having my life ended prematurely due to macho posturing descending into mutual stupidity.
