They've been able to do so since 1961, when the 23rd Amendment was ratified.

Insinuating that Melber's list of possible violated statutes and his question as to which Dershowitz thought were most appropriate to pursue in investigation, led to a long diatribe as to how he would ask this exercise of his STUDENTS and then wound up never answering it.

I think, as Laurence Tribe has suggested, that Dershowitz has not kept up with current legal opinion and is just mouthing off based on past reputation.

Not sure why he isn't laying low and instead always shooting off his mouth on these tv shows.

You don't have to be polite, because what he's saying is racist & crazy.

He's saying that a rich, white male like tRumputin deserves an all-white, rich, right-winged jury, and that African-Americans need to move the hell out of the way.

Oh, plus they shouldn't be on a jury because they can't vote for president anyway. That's news to me

What he's saying is PAST confused. What he's saying/implying about a mostly black jury is racist, crazy & flat out wrong.
