The problem there is it eliminates 99% of his base.
This is no where near law and and will never be law. Congress, even the current one, would never pass it.

Based on the immigration system he endorsed, Trump would not get a green card
The writer gives Dump a total of 18 points (30 points is required). If she were generous (or "less cheeky) she would give him an 12 points for English language skills instead of her original zero, bringing him to 30, barely passing. This apparently wouldn't guarantee a Trump green card as "roughly the top 70,000" scores would be selected.
