Did you ever see something in nature so beautiful that made you stop and take a picture?

Last night on the way home. Sun flower all by itself. Nobody has disturbed it all year.

Today I went to clean our tiki fountain. I had to stop so I didn't bother the squatter that moved in.

Look closer. I think it is a Northern Leopard Frog. I can't see enough to tell. http://www.nationalgeographic.com/animals/amphibians/n/northern-leopard-frog/

This morning I was walking and the sun was rising with a lovely reflection on the water - then I spotted one single wild pink flower at the water's edge - I did wish I had my camera.

By the time I got my phone out and camera working, it had disappeared into the brush.

I was on a local nature trail and someone had a dog and was yelling in Spanish. I didn't think anything of it. (I thought maybe he was having an issue with his dog)

All of a sudden he says to me "Watch out for the snake" in English. There was a rattlesnake, right next to where I was going to step.
