Someone invited the Obamas to their wedding and they actually responded

What happens when you invite the Obamas to your wedding? Well, the former First Couple might not show up to your nuptials, unfortunately; but they'll still respond and wish you well. That's exactly what happened when one woman asked Barack and Michelle to attend her wedding ceremony earlier this year.

According to her daughter, bride-to-be Liz Whitlow mailed an invitation to the Obamas in March, and received a response at the end of July.

I would ask him to be the one to give me away. I am not one for that old fashioned type of wedding but If I could have him do that I would do it.

I still have their reply card. Two great Presidents... The only thing I'd invite Drumpf to is his own sanity hearing.

when Hillary was campaigning and happened upon a bachelor party:

...."This is exciting,” she said.

“This is cool,” one man agreed.

“That looks like a really good Bloody Mary,” she said, pointing to one of the men’s drinks.

Schreck invited Clinton to his wedding. She said she wished she could attend, but declined politely.

Schreck is from Atlanta, but the wedding was in Charleston. He said he is still undecided about who he will vote for, but is a big fan of Clinton. Especially now.

South Carolina’s primary is Saturday; Georgia’s is Tuesday.

Asked what his fiancee will say about his surprise bachelor party guest, Schreck replied, “She’ll love it!”

It may still be in fashion, although I would have a hard time doing it now, LOL!

I sent one to the Clintons in 1993 and received a nice card.
