Has Trump actually signed the Russia sanctions bill?

All this smoke from Putin about Russian retaliation, but has Trump actually signed the legislation?

My understanding is that Trump has 10 days (excluding Sundays) to return either a signed bill or a veto; if he takes no action, the legislation becomes law automatically.
This seems to be the way it works if Congress is in session; however, while the Senate is still in session, the House is out for summer break.

What happens in this situation?

Pardon my lack of understanding of how this all works. I did look at Wikipedia for info on the process, but didn't see this particular scenario addressed (I admit I only skimmed the article). Does the Senate call the House back into session if a vote is required to override a possible veto?

So much confusion on my part on what is probably a pretty straightforward process...

1. Trump likes to keep people in suspense

Trump likes to keep people in suspense as a constant reminder of his power. He'll likely wait until day 10.

Do you think he'll have a signing ceremony, like his executive orders, or sign it off camera last minute?

2. I guess my concern is that he can use a pocket veto in this situation.

I think probably not, but I'm curious about the procedure.

The Senate doesn't go to recess until mid-August--which is more than 10 days after the bill was sent to the President's desk.

Which brings me to the conclusion the the Russia sanctions bill is likely to become law without his signature.

which way LOSER 45 jumps on this.

It would also remind us: sanctions = Magnitsky = Putin = Browder = justice, every time we watch our idiot-boxes.

8. If he does sign it there will be no ceremony and some tiny little press release.

Either that or he will let it become law without signing it.

to show putin that he can be trusted and buy himself some more time. Alternatively, I wonder if there is a way for him to delay sanctions go into effect?
His defence line is as always, no solid evidence that russia interfered, etc. It will backfire but the base won't care at all and very little damage compred to outright veto which is not going to be effective anyway. I too wish the media would put pressure on him by using timer underscorig that this is the single most important issue every American should care about.
