Ds Answer Should Be: "Why should any American be hurting?"

When Idiot tRump issues a tweet that says "if Americans are hurting under Obamacare, why shouldn't insurance companies and Congress also suffer?," the answer should be clear: no one should have to suffer, and we can make a few changes to Obamacare that will ensure that no one suffers. The reason anyone is suffering is because Rs have been actively sabotaging the law.

tRump's attitude is typically Republican. If a worker at McDs thinks they should be making $15 an hour, the R response is "why should they earn $15 when a dishwasher only earns $9?" Rs use this tactic to set connstituencies against each other, fighting over the few crumbs that fall off the tables of the elites.

Of course, the answer should be "the dishwasher AND the McD employee should both be making $15 an hour. Thanks for bringing up the dishwasher!"

We need to stop allowing Rs to frame issues this way. Truth be told, I don't care if our Congress critters get a slightly better plan than the Average Joe, as long as the plan the Average Joe gets is a good plan that's affordable and comprehensive. I don't care if my boss can afford a Cadillac plan because they're paying for it out of their pocket as long as the plan they offer their employees is an excellent, affordable plan.
