"Charles Krauthammer said that the staff changes at the White House in the past week or so mark the "bottom" for the Trump administration. However, he said the administration seems to have "bounced off the bottom" and is on their way back up. He said the departure of Anthony Scaramucci as communications director shows that new Chief of Staff John Kelly is in charge. Krauthammer said Kelly likely demanded that all staff "go through him" to get to Trump. He called the matter the "beginnings of a White House that can function."
