Try a search for differences between psychopathy and narcissistic personality disorder if you've the time and the inclination. There's a lot of overlap and only a few differences.

(9,314 posts)Sounds about right to me. He doesn't truly function as we are used to seeing Presidents conduct themselves. We also are not use to the repeated base language being flung out into the audience. Lacks dignity and the ability to feel compassion for those who most need it.
