(28,552 posts).. because only the naive beyond belief believe that any site of this nature (political, topical, whatever) isn't run primarily for the benefit of the owners.
Anyone that doesn't like it is free to put up their own site. Many have. It is not easy to get a critical mass of traffic, and without that you can't even pay the bandwidth bills much less make money.
In most cases I don't begrudge the owners their profits. Most of the time they earn it one way or another. And when they don't I go elsewhere. And when they do really well I donate

You can call gays fudge punchers, queers, fags, sodomites, rump rangers and RimJob let's it all go. Because he's a pathetic bigot who hates the world because he is confined to a wheelchair.
There are people who are disabled and who are heroes. Jim Robinson is not one of them.

I find those people quite fascinating, however. They are a mixed bag of human mental conditions all begging for treatment.

Whoever that poster is, he's a fucking genius. It'll take them (at least) a day to figure out they've been punked.

Ruby the Liberal
(26,219 posts)and rants and raves about FR, Hannity (who is paid to be there) stands there and smiles and nods, and the knuckle dragger interprets this now as as Hannity ranting about RimJob's fundraising in a crowd full of people paid to hear him speak. Apparently Hannity was carrying this weight all this time and just now found an outlet to express his frustration over it.
Yeah, that makes sense.

(39,961 posts)As one reader put it, "as entertaining as waiting on hold with the utility company".
It truly was that entertaining of a read. Anyone that hasn't understood by now what is going on - they are pressuring JR to support Mittens, is probably someone that could give two shits about anyone but the GOP.
JR doesn't like Mitt, like 3/5 of the Republicans in America, but he just was the only person of the conservative set to say it. Now he's getting his head bashed in for not stepping in line, since his lucrative business model is in being a tea party, hard-line conservative.
My thought is let him go down with his ship. May he take the other asswads with him, and the entire conservative movement, too.

(25,699 posts)What i'm getting is that Sean Hannity, Ann Coulter, and the other early-decade has-beens are upset at RimJob and are taking their ball to go play in the "No RimJobs Allowed!" clubhouse.
...Which is sort of like announcing that Whitesnake will NOT open for Motley Crüe... in 2012.
