I'm afraid they are effective to someone who voted for Tom Price in the past, but might be amenable Hoyt Apr 2017 #3

His ads really impress me. Not in his district, but I sure would vote for him. I agree, he's young Hoyt Apr 2017 #9

The themes are 1). He's not one of us. 2). Don't let him take our seat. 3). He isn't who he says he is. 4). He doesn't live here. 5). He's a dupe of Pelosi. 6) He's unqualified. One add had him as one of the Black clad anarchists protesting the inauguration & had a random pic of Michael Moore in the middle of it.

Crazy stuff!

because his girlfriend is a student at the medical school. For those of you who don't know the area, it's just a few miles from the southern border of the 6th district. Pat Roberts doesn't even live in Kansas. The he's not one of us ads is creepy. Why not? He's Jewish? He's a democrat? They never say what that is supposed to mean.

I thought that was a requirement. They way you say a few miles from, it seems like you're saying a few miles outside.

to voting for a Democrat now. To most of the white wingers, they are only going to vote for an old time conservative (aka racist) candidate who thinks there ought to be a wall around their suburbs.

and Jon is attractive, young and well spoken. A lot of women, including me, will vote for him.

and he's willing to criticize Trump. Of course, he does have to play up the fiscal conservative junk that is required of any Democrat that wants to win in that district.

The ad that really ticks me off is Purdue kissing/praising Trump's rear and endorsing white winger Moody by saying, "he's one of us" followed by a wink. Takes me back to the 1960s.

Hill is keeping it clean for now, as is Handel. But Moody and the RNC congressional pac ads are ridiculously negative. I'm surprised the rnc ads aren't claiming Ossoff is a martian who eats white babies.
