Travel Advice

So, with the world descending into chaos and, effectively, no U.S. State Department, is this a good time to plan a trip to Bulgaria?

to spend the month of September in Greece with 5 days at a monastery in Sofia. The plans look made to order for my interests, and it's with a good group of friends. However, I think I will taka at least a couple of weeks to decide.
