She made efforts to make the site a permanent garden by building concrete planting areas, etc. Not certain of the details but they did attempt to keep the garden going.

Hopefully, the kitchen staff will maintain it.

But who knows, if Trump keeps railing about President Obama he may order it ripped up.

doing a segment on funding being appropriated and some sort of cement placed so that the garden can and should stay put...wouldn't put it past a bulldozer being used to decimate it tho.

it says that the Clintons wanted to plant a White House garden, but were not allowed to (so they put a small one on the roof). Odd, if true.
