so far Fat Fascist 45 has shown an affinity for:

Walls
travel bans
Papers Please!
gulag (already present but not going to close it.)
internment camps (albeit already present but he shows no signs of ending or limiting them)
relying on partisan media to front his propaganda
gutting agencies and centralizing his power
installing apparatchiks to spy
censoring of scientists on ideological reasons
threatening the free press with law suits
calling the free the enemies of the people
attacking the judiciary
scapegoating
racism
militarism
nepotism and cronyism

I eagerly await his generalissimo uniform, that ought to be hilarious.

corruption has been obliterated by the Trump family's accession to office. We live in a very big banana republic, and it happened overnight. I think this may turn out to be the most significant blow to our democracy, happening before our eyes, while we pay attention to other things.
