It's cold there and as the earth heats up, maybe it will become quite lovely there - nice growing season to compete with produce exports, maybe more pleasant as a vacation destination.

I'm mostly being facetious but who knows if some places that have horrible climates might become warmer and more tolerable.
Of course, as the rest of the world collapses.

huge parts of his nation has very nasty winters as in siberia
if he has minimal land mass that will suffer from drought or weather extremes, he could do well.

to have a more nothern searoute would also be cool for them.

Australia, Central and Northern South America, northern Africa, Middle East, India, and China, it is going to suck

For biodiversity it is going to suck as well.

Overall it will be a somewhat negative for the U.S.
