And was written before the final bill was voted on. The final bill got rid of the amendments mentioned in the article.

more studies, debates, reports, etc,...

and The Democrats saw the stall tactics for what they were - and got it done.

It was not "rushed through" - it took 402 days to get it through Congress and on The President's desk for signature.

A right wing think tank. It was Romneycare on a nationwide scale.

The republicans have been so adamant that it's awful, and unsustainable, but that was all campaign rhetoric.

They're screwed.
