We don't really know what he is thinking, so some speculation and conjecture?

But it becomes clear at his "official" POTUS twitter account. He's thanking his own employee - Dan Scavino, Jr. - who manages social media for him! The White House bubble remains intact!

He plans on purposely harming anyone who supported Obama to get back at Obama for the correspondents dinner.

He does not have a conscience the way you and I do and he is barely literate, a disastrous combination.
