1. Not likely if you are talking about actual vote count. Possible if it's manipulation leading up to

voting, but we'll need something like Trump helped Putin kidnap Comey's family to force him into saying Clinton was back under investigation or something. No chance of a reelection unless majority of GOPers are directly tied to vote manipulation. Wish it were different in this case, but it's not.
