2. The reason for the cover-up

Was to cover-up Pizzagate. The muslims were caught driving a windowless van around town offering kids really awesome pizza, if they would get in and come with them.

When an upstanding NRA-member straight white christian male police officer (who isn't racist) stopped them for rolling through a stop sign, they responded by jumping out of the van screaming "ieieieieieieiei" and sliced the cop with their long, curved sword things that those muslims always carry hidden in either their turbans or big, colorful poofy pants.

So, the police officer's partner called in the attack. And the rest is history (or hearsay, whichever)

The cover-up was ordered by the Clinton's, because these two were specialist agents, supplied by Obama (natch), to help bolster teh number of kids in the basement of the pizza place, because, due to the recent (fake)news coverage of the operation, orders were up!

And that's how Hillary managed to fund her campaign.
