ERIC vs CrossCheck

We all know the issues with CrossCheck. It is a poorly designed program that results in massive "matches" due to limited data analysis. ERIC, a PEW program, uses much more robust data. It is currently used in 21 states. One of which, Washington, used it to increase voter registration. I think it is a great alternative to CrossCheck, a program run by
