he started out well with his appearance at the National Cathedral, but even that went rapidly downhill. Crossing your arms (a defensive position) in church? Give me a break.

Not quite in time but close. And singing along with the anthem slightly behind the melody because he seemed confused about the lyrics midway through.

I thought the arms across the chest were a but much, too. I half expected him to check his watch but got tired of watching him fidget so turned it off. He looked very, very ill at ease. Melania, on the other hand, seemed fine. She might have some manners, unlike the short, greasy fingered vulgarian. (Fondness for KFC will do that for ya.)

I've heard of getting off to a rocky start but... Whatever support he may have had at the CIA when he woke up this morning he pretty much kabashed by this afternoon. I imagine there are times to pick a fight with the media but over how many people were at the inauguration? The kindest thing they could do for him is impeach sooner rather than later.

But whenever he comes to mind I imagine a bitter weather day. I'm surprised that Congress didn't change Inauguration Day to some time in May.

but those weren't of their making. And they didn't set out to deliberately antagonize people.
