Explain to me please.

The Trump and his Repubs are claiming people are sneaking around and rigging the vote in one way or another. What is it called when the Repubs go out loud and clear and try to pass laws to keep people from voting? Why is that not considered rigging?

years with voter suppression laws isn't technically rigging the election, if anything they're rigging the election laws. They've gone about it legally (except some of it has been deemed unconstitutional) but it is within their authority. No one has the authority to change the voting machines to a different outcome.
