a little autistic boy. They opened fire on an SUV and the kid was in the passenger seat. I can't take much more of this.

2. Then they lied and said that the truck was backing into them.

They continued to shoot while the driver had both hands up and out the window, and the truck was not backing into anyone.

Both officers who shot were arrested and charged.
