CNN loves Trump but is afraid of commitment !!

Trump made half a dozen statements last night at the Commander-in-Chief Forum, which in all honesty, should have disqualified him from the Presidency. Such as:

# Trump trashed our military
# Trump made a mockery of our military generals
# Trump professed his love for Putin
# Trump blamed military sexual assaults on the victims

These are just a few of Trump's "WACKY" statements from last night in less than 30 minutes while fielding softball questions from Matt Lauer who was probably interviewing for show on the future Trump TV Network.

And today, all CNN is doing is talking about Hillary's statements about the emails and her statement that she will not want to place ground troops in a war against ISIS preferring instead to use other military means to defeat them once and for all.

Shame on CNN.They're trying to emulate Fox News while pretending to be impartial. America is not stupid and can see what is going on. No wonder CNN viewership is on the decline and their hosts are made a mockery on all the comedy channels.

When I think about this year’s election I am reminded of the scenario that often played out in High School TV sitcoms of the 80’s and 90’s. Inevitably there would always be an episode dealing with student body President. It usually came down between the Football Quarter Back and the Teacher’s Pet.
The character of the Quarter Back was typically a loud mouthed buffoon that never really took the time to prepare anything or study the issues. He would claim to fix things by simply “just doing it” and the pillar of his platforms dealt with more vending machines and a more delicious lunch. He simply coasted through, because he was fun and energetic or the other students feared him and the backlash if they challenged him.
The Teacher’s Pet was obviously the best candidate, but she rubbed the student body the wrong way. She would talk about her plans to raise money for the prom and would offer in depth solutions. The teachers loved her and were visibly annoyed that students didn’t take their government more seriously.
This scenario made for good TV and was amusing due to its absurdity. However, this is now reality not television. We aren’t picking the leader of the High School government we are picking the leader of the most powerful government in the world. This used to be sacred.
The lowest common denominator of our society came out to make DT the Republican nominee for President. This shouldn’t even be a contest, Right? But it is. The news media makes it seem like the neck and neck contest is the fault of the damaged and flawed HRC. The reality is that this is the Media’s doing. It has been in their interest to make this seem like a race of equals. Bernie sanders spoke of rigged elections and problems with the establishment. He has some valid points, but journalists are also rigging the system. Why? For ratings.
The news media has cast HRC as the teacher’s pet and Trump as the jock. The problem is High School is over and it’s time to grow up and act like adults. These are serious times and we need serious leaders. I hope that the News Media, especially CNN and Morning Joe will start covering things fairly and more importantly in a way that best serves our country. Does HRC deserve tough questions, YES! Anyone running should expect that, but DT is getting special treatment and it is doing a disservice to our democracy. DT is doing the limbo without a bar while Hillary is being required to pole vault in high heels.
They ignore HRC’s plans and turn questions and intrigue into scandals to match her with Trump. For example… The media has questioned the ties to the Clinton Foundation and how Clinton could properly serve as President while being part of a highly rated Charity. I haven’t heard them once question how Trump could be commander in chief while running the flawed Trump Foundation, or for another matter his company. They haven’t asked him what he would do if an issue was in the best interest of the country, but could hurt his business and his family. How can someone $160,000,000.00 is debt to China properly deal with China without thinking about this large sum of money he owes them. How can HRC be expected to release 30 years of tax returns and Trump hasn’t released any?
So to wrap this up, I am asking that everyone in the media to please do your patriotic duty and cover the candidates as you would any other year in any other election.

Widely despised in Hollywood, he took NBC from the #1 network to #4 in ratings. Now he's trying to turn CNN into the new Fox News, with a dash of BuzzFeed thrown in. In other words: a purveyor of disinformation and junk "news" to continue the rot of the American body politic.

CNN just like NBC and others MUST confront politicians lies. Outright lies. It is their duty to make sure they do not assist politicians spread verifiable misinformation & lies via their media outlets. Whether it's TV, Radio or Newspapers. By not confronting these politicians, they are in effect enabling this bad behavior. The media seems to have taken the position that it is the responsibility of the viewer & reader to ascertain fact from fiction. And THAT continues the dumbing down of the electorate. This dis-association from the truth by the media is very disturbing. The Fox News virus seems to be spreading in favor of viewership !!

CNN had Fareed Zakaria who said trumpet was ridiculous! They also had some right wing repugniclan, named Rogers, who was as bat-shit crazy as any repugniclan. Rachel Maddow started off too slowly and didn't really get to the point that the CNC forum, Matt Lauer and Trumpet are jokes.

after tRump loses, he'll probably set up a 3rd-rate "news" network with buddies Ailes and Bannon, which will drain Faux viewership
CNN will be whoring itself bigly to pick off some of the rwnjs that the dying Faux can't hold
