3. She said it was allergies.

The best thing she could do is not go outside. She needs to stay in conditioned air but that is not possible. The second thing is don't talk when you are outisde but that is also not possible.

The third thing is don't breath while you are outside but that is REALLY not possible.

If it rains where she is then she will have a few hours of relief.

4. It was really pretty bad. She had a add time recovering.

I've been doing the same with coughing fits. Strangely enough honey seems to be helping a lot. I have a job interview coming up in two days and hoping I'm over it by then.
