she's packing her meds and the pets in case she has to evacuate...if so, it would be the first time, she's lived there 15 years.

The entire city of Baton Rouge may go under. It won't be a Katrina type event, because it will be a slow moving situation, with plenty of time to evacuate. But the economic hardship will be tremendous.
