highly "medicated" while in office... Rummy is a major player in big pharma after all. I'm sure he gets all the substances he wants. Laura looks like she has been told to keep him obedient when in public... reminds me of the mother character in "Long Day's Journey Into Night". She probably regret agreeing to stay with him and probably avoids him at home.
