Washington (CNN) New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie and former House Speaker Newt Gingrich are among the finalists to be Donald Trump's running mate, sources confirmed to CNN on Thursday.

Trump/Gingrich, with six marriages between them. The evangelicals will hold their noses while voting.

Gingrich doesn't have a good reputation that will be hurt by it .
