I would love to know what Katie Tur can't say on TV.

Katie Tur (MSNBC) has spent the last year of her life following the Trump "campaign" and reporting almost daily. Last week she co-wrote an article that reported there actually is no Trump campaign. One can only imagine what she has witnessed that she can't report. It often seems that sometimes when she is on TV she can barely contain herself from blurting out stuff she can't say out loud.

she's not the only one reporting this one. There have been other commentators who have said the same thing. Trump is apparently a micro-manager type who, contrary to what he's said, can't delegate well and runs a skeleton crew.

It seems too late in the process to make up the losses in swing voters and states IMHO. And Trump supporters? I don't see them getting on board with any 'establishment' candidate that comes out of a brokered, back room convention.

It may be wishful thinking on my part, but I'm thinking there is a generational mess the Repub party has pulled down upon themselves. After so many years of relying on fringe elements and sectors of the electorate that really don't have that much in common, things are splintering because they have never actually delivered on any of their promises to anybody not of the CEO/Investor class.

Convention is in Ohio where he is Governor... I am sensing the long play was rolled out last fall... Maybe and hopefully an an warranted bad feeling on my part...I just can't see GOP feeling the enthusiasm with Trump at their Convention....I hope I'm way off.....but I can the back a known failure candidate as their Candidate????

that they can now do what they couldn't do for the last four months, and unite behind a single candidate. I don't think the GOP is ready to stage, in Cleveland, a primetime reenactment of the primaries.

In many reports of hers she seems on the verge of laughing. I think she's enjoying her front row seat to the shitshow.

slayed her at first and she kept on ticking. Like that about her.

But, what she is saying is more interesting - that he has no campaign

Why is he doing that...money? Doesn't want to spend it? Mark Cuban, who has known him a long time said that he's got about 150 mil in cash and has spent a third. And, is he so egotistical that he thinks he's the only brainiac - and he's gotten this far so he can save money and do it himself?

All that braggadocio about self funding turns out to have been just everyday Trumpullshit. He doesn't want to part with anything. That plane costs a shitload to fly around in. and I really think Mark Cuban is right about him being relatively cash poor for a "billionaire". Now no one wants to give him money, the RNC is a little light on cash, and donors are staying away in droves. Which is amazing since all those right wing gazillionaires would throw TONS of cash to an actual serious politician running against Hillary.

he missed his golden opportunity when he transitioned from primary candidate to general election candidate. He didn't pivot at that only time that it might have been ok with people And, when he could have achieved some degree of party unity and gotten the donor class on board.

Guess he kept Corey a month or so too long.

But bottom line, there is NO ONE to blame but Trump for throwing this away.

As we can see, Trump is sending people to Clinton. She's getting GOP endorsements. That says it all to me.
