Anyone else bothered by the de-facto CBS plug for Trump?

KCBS radio in San Francisco is running a supposed self-promotion spot, however it is far more like an ad for Trump with no funding source disclosed.

The Ad starts with a male voice (whom I happen to know is Bernie, but many wouldn't), talking about change. Then a female voice says "Things would change big under President Trump". Only then does a different voice start talking about KCBS news and the frequency.

Any ideas how to get CBS to pull it, and get them fined for failure to disclose, or anything we can get the FPPC or other agency to throw at them?

1. Disclose what?

If it's a self-promotion, there is nothing to disclose.

2. In my opinion it's a campaign ad disguised as self-promotion

Therefore it should have a voiceover saying "I'm donald trump and I approved this ad", or "No political party or PAC was involved in funding this ad".

Since it is all-but a campaign ad, Trump's campaign has received value which hasn't been disclosed as a contribution.

3. And I saw on CBS where they called the Wasthington state election!

Our ballots aren't due until May 24!
