Trump Spox: If Paul Ryan Can't Hop On The Trump Train, He Shouldn't Be Speaker

Asked on CNN if Ryan “is still fit to be Speaker” if he doesn’t come around on endorsing Trump, spokeswoman Katrina Pierson replied, “No, because this is about the party.”
“He’s speaker of what? Just speaker of the House of Representatives? We are a party!” Pierson continued.
“We were told to hold our noses and vote for the sake of the party,” she said, citing failed GOP nominees Sen. John McCain (R-AZ) and former Massachusetts Gov. Mitt Romney. “These same people are now telling us that because their guy didn’t win, they want to hurt the party.”
