Chris Hansen: Stop 'vile' sexist comments against Seattle City Council women

Would-be developer Chris Hansen wants an immediate halt to "highly inappropriate and offensive comments" directed at five women on the Seattle City Council whose votes Monday dealt a blow to his proposed NBA arena....

The councilwomen have received a barrage of sexist insults on Twitter and Facebook, as well as claims that women do not understand sport, after they voted against vacating Occidental Street in Sodo....

A letter signed "Jason M. Feldman, Esq.," sent to all five women on the council, stated:

"As women I understand you spend a lot of your time trying to please others (mostly on your knees) but I can only hope that you each find ways to quickly and painfully end yourselves."

2. I'll admit I've got no love for Hansen or his deal

We've got issues galore like skyrocketing rents and a homeless epidemic (which I might be joining soon, because of the former) and his constant push for a new stadium is about the most disgusting bread and circus drive Ive seen.

The behavior of our local "SPORTS" community reminds me of a Trump rally, and the insults thrown at our councilwomen are despicable. Hansen's right on this.

However you get malcontents in every group. I'd like to see the NBA return plus get the NHL but these assholes aren't helping anything.

It's time for the owners to pay up for anything new.
