As it turns out, a group of 21 young people from across the nation have joined the climate change war in the savviest way possible and they just won a significantly historic and constitutional climate change court battle. And they prevailed against the fossil fuel industry and the federal government -Historic ruling for 5th and 9th amendments.

Although it cannot totally be blame on them, a large majority can. Dems are t science deniers.

The government, along with various fossil fuel companies, had asked that the youths' case be dismissed. The judge has denied that request. The suit could still be dismissed by a higher court, or it could continue and be either lost or won.
The ruling is historic in that it recognizes the standing of the plaintiffs on constitutional grounds. It remains to be seen how the case will ultimately end and what impact it will have, if any.
This may go all the way to the SCOTUS.
