I think everyone is overlooking the most important decision now that Scalia is dead

Who will be Clarence Thomas' friend? He a Scalia were in lock step sometimes it was just the two of them against everyone else.
Who will write the dissenting decisions? Scalia did most of them from the conservative side.

This would be a great time for him to consider the joys of retirement.

...especially with a Democrat in the White House. She's on the board of the Heritage Foundation, and is very active in conservative causes. If there was any justice in this world he would have been impeached over conflict of interest based on his wife's activity. The asshole never recused himself once to my knowledge.
