Study Finds Fox News Viewers Least Informed Of All Viewers

http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2012/05/23/fox-news-less-informed-new-study_n_1538914.html

Another study has concluded that people who only watch Fox News are less informed than
all other news consumers.

Researchers at Fairleigh Dickinson University updated a study they had conducted in late
2011. That study only sampled respondents from New Jersey, where the university is
located. This time, the researchers conducted a nationwide poll.

1. They aren't less informed. It's everyone else in the world that has their facts wrong.

Because I suspect the difference would be pretty significant.

This picture of Taliban or al Qaeda fighters was slipped into a
report on the 2011 protests in Madison, Wisconsin. Fox's job is
to lie or distort the truth or to just make up the news in order to
help the right wing and the rich.

Roger Ailes developed this model in 1968 with faux news conferences for Richard Nixon
which then got into the regular media.

I saw:

1. A "conservative, Christian" 16-year-old political activist, who's hero is Sarah Palin, an interview with Herman Cain, and the Fox talking bobbleheads, all tell us how President Obama is a real piece of shit, and the most divisive political figure in American history,

2. an in-depth segment on a wealthy, formerly engaged couple arguing how much each should pay for rent, etc. after the breakup, and

3. a segment called "Normal or Nuts" where people ask the bobbleheads questions, then they decide if the question-askers are "Normal or nuts."

Thank all that is holy for my over-the-ear Senheisers and my iPhone.

But the bottom line is that as long as their ratings are good fox is the last news outlet in the world that is going to care.

And if you guessed that one was Fox you are correct. If it weren't for that piece of shit network we'd be a completely different country.

Which network was it that said that Sadam didn't have WMDs? Mmmm..wasn't it none of them?!

They are all entertainment based. TV is a sales medium, not a research or discussion medium.

The one-to-many model of media is dead.
