Yep, welcome to the alternative reality known as Free Republic, complete with the usual stereotyping of black youth This kids life was on track for much criminal activity. The MSM and now LEO would rather he be alive and be there to take possibly many innocent lives in the years to come.and the claims that Trayvon started the fight (disregarding how GZ admitted in his 911 call that he was still following TM).

Examples:

Post 1: "If ONLY Saint Skittles hadn't attacked George, he would probably be alive today to tweet on his "no limit n-word" account."

Post 3: "If only the Neighborhood Watch leader had stayed home, and let a teenage pothead rob, vandalize, pillage and rape as he saw fit, nothing would have happened."

Post 6: "Punks like Trayvon attack police in uniform all the time, Zimmerman identifing himself would have changed nothing. Trayvon wanted to act like a punk, and died as one."

Post 12: "This kids life was on track for much criminal activity. The MSM and now LEO would rather he be alive and be there to take possibly many innocent lives in the years to come."

Post 24: "If George Zimmerman had fully realized that his life was expendable, and that anyone with darker skin than his has thee right to take his life at will, then this needless tragedy would not have occurred."

Post 25: "What about If Martin didn’t come from behind GZ, what about if 17 year old Martin went to dinner with his dad while on suspension from school for 10 days, of if 17 year old Martin just went into his house or if he didn’t sucker punch GZ."

then, post 36 tried to introduce some reason: "The fact that Trayvon Martin at first ran indicates guilty knowledge.

"Also, I always assault total strangers I encounter on the street at night. Clear as day." (poster had been around since 05, so NOT a plant/disruptor)

The cops told him to stop following Traydmark so what is the evidence he continued to do so? From what I read he did stop following him and that is when Traydmark walked up to him and sucker punched him and started wailing on him.

The only honest position here is that no one knows who started the fight and that there may be reason to believe Zimmerman started it. But there is no reason to be sure Trayvon started it.

And who had a gun? Zimmerman must have realized Trayvon did not have one and he knew he had one, so there is no way any reasonable person in that position would have feared for his life.
