6. Sorry to split hairs, but W was NEVER elected.

The first time, he was appointed by the Supreme Court (with the help of Daddy's friend James Baker, as well as his brother being governor of the disputed state.) and the second time, Ken Blackwell basically admitted he helped manipulate the Diebold machines in Ohio.

Of course, neither of those shenanigans would've worked had there not been LOTS of stupid Foxwits willing to pull the lever for him. Meh. Still not over those 8 years of hell.

And right you are.
And, of course, now that Arnie is no longer "governor," does he show further interest in the commonweal?
Naturally not; he goes back to his "Terminator" tripe.
Governor, actor, whatever - just another gig.

As to Noxin: Ja, still recall shock of lesson re capacious ignorance of millions of
fellow citizens in 1972, when he got re-elected in 49 states.
We didn't learn from his first term, just like we didn't learn about Bush family fraud.

Yup, the Murikan People were stoopid enough to put him in twice.

Like Twain(?) said, nobody ever went broke overestimating the stupidity of large numbers of people.

we have elected lately, and some congressmen.

Yes, they are that dumb. And there are enough of them that one of these clowns could become President.

12. Some of the people in the GOP power elite like him....

He's another stupid spokesmodel/celebrity like Ronald Reagan. The ONLY thing he's got to do is be himself, (an asshole) and add "gun nut". A picture of himself standing next to Charlton Heston will cover that. (There's bound to be one somewhere, if not then Ted Nugget or Chuck Norris will be asked to bless him.)

With "The Donald®" the power elite will then reverse all Wall Street reforms and launch the wars they want and scapegoat minorities and crack down on liberal groups and not only repeal "Obamacare" but privatize Social Security and Medicare, and as a bonus tear the solar panels off the White House roof.

Hell, I picture him signing an edict that proclaims for the Ages that Obama was born in Kenya.

Millions of morally lost and ethically clueless Americans LOVE Trump.

His popularity is a symptom of America's sickness.

It doesn't make me chuckle.

It makes me nauseous.

targets to strike out at are not America's special sickness. Those people are always with us, in all societies at all periods of time.
