5 Reasons Barack Obama May Be Having The Best Year Of Any Recent President

Republicans hated — and tried to obstruct — President Obama from his first day in office. Nevertheless, he has achieved much of what he set out to do. And it's worth noting just how much Obama achieved in the last year alone.

Since Obama is hated by everyone on the right and HALF of the left, I wonder where all that hate will be directed when he leaves.

He's hated by the right. 1/10th of the left is disappointed in him.

He's got something like a 47% approval rating right now.

But very few who RAG on Obama are disappointed, that is the wrong word.

I am not going to go into what they are because I cant do that here and get away with it.

Let me put it this way, there is a very big and very real RACISM problem in the Democratic Party.

Not as many as in the other party, but there is a lot of them, way too many.

The democratic party basically "purged" their party of segregation, and that was no small thing. And they've taken a multi-decade beating for it too. Despite that they've continued to work on other civil rights issues, albeit imperfectly.

The parties don't really get to choose who "joins" them, or Trump wouldn't be a republican. So there is little the party can do about the residual racial bias that continues to persist.

Oh, and are you differentiating between "ragging" and "criticism"?

Many alleged liberals can barely say his name without showing disgust.

There are some, but most with which I engage are just massively disappointed.
