GOOSE CREEK, S.C. (WCIV) -- The National Action Network's Berkeley County chapter on Wednesday called for the removal of a Confederate Battle Flag emblem from the city of Goose Creek's welcome signs ...

But Goose Creek Mayor Michael Heitzler said he doesn't believe the flag is divisive and shouldn't be removed ...

He said that the Sons of Confederate Veterans meets in Goose Creek once a month and that they paid for the sign that bears the Confederate flag ...
