Ruff-and-tumble: VP Biden bruised after playing with his dog

Biden was seen on Monday with a dark, penny-sized contusion just below his lower lip. The bruise didn't appear to be a serious injury. The vice president's office says Biden got the bruise from playing with his dog.

Poor Joe, I'll bet he's gonna get quite a ribbing. I once got a big old black eye from playing fetch with my 80 lb lab. I bent over to pick up the tennis ball just as he was jumping up and he nailed me on my eyebrow bone with that pointy part of his skull. It took a week for it to go away and man, the jokes were just horrendous.
