Clintons Facing Deposition Notices In Private Email Lawsuit

Bill and Hillary Clinton are facing deposition notices to answer questions later this month in a lawsuit over their use of a private email server, according to court documents filed by the conservative group Freedom Watch.

Hillary Clinton, a 2016 Democratic presidential candidate, may be asked to give her deposition on July 28 in Washington, D.C., and former President Bill Clinton the following day, according to the documents.

The civil suit, filed in March in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida, alleges that Hillary Clinton failed to produce documents under the Freedom of Information Act regarding State Department waivers for those doing business with Iran, potentially undermining U.S. sanctions.

The racketeering lawsuit, which lists Bill and Hillary Clinton and the Clinton Foundation as defendants, alleges that the former secretary of State used a private email server at their home in New York to sell access to other officials in exchange for donations to the Clinton Foundation.

system which exists solely to protect the 1% and who the Clintons are willing to serve.

I'd rather go pound sand!

You need to be a lot more careful about the kind of creepy-crawlies you're willing to praise just because they hate Hillary.

Trust me when I say to the republiCONs you don't have to worry, Hillary will not get the Dem nomination, Bernie Sanders will get that.

The MSM will give it LOTS and LOTS of time and attention. Just like they did Monica Lewinsky. Not saying it's justified, it's just the way the game is played this days.

The Obama people thought he could transcend that bullshit.

And then they sued to deport him because he's black.

the Hillary and Bill Clinton do. And yes, I know he's not running, but when has that ever made a difference? They sold themselves as a "two-in-one" package but that's a double-edged sword.

and the Clintons could start a popcorn factory. It would be harder to do with Bernie. First off, Bernie supporters have excellent bullshit meters, it's why they support him so when the media even starts with the manufactured scandals, it will backfire on them. The Clintons are HIGHLY controversial right out of the gate. Republicans will FLOCK to the polls to vote against Hillary. I actually see a fair number of Republicans that will back Bernie Sanders. I could go on but this is a topic better discussed in GD-P

Note I think HRC was 100% out of line having a private server for her State Department email ...... But, this is a RW fringe group that seems to file a lot of suits - few with any merit. Does a judge have to take a case before they can ask for depositions? Can they simply refuse?
