Though she dutifully badgered the previous guest, an Obama economic supporter who claimed Bain Capital operated much like John Dillinger, she happily accepted at face value the economic pipe dream of the Romney team member's rebuttal.
In particular, he said Mitt Romney wants to reverse Obama's hatred of business by giving "incentives" to allow them to hire more workers.
Of course he's talking about supply side tax cuts that have been proven ineffective, but this big Republican bang theory assumes there's a shortage of goods in America because employers have to get by on skeleton crews to offset high (or any) taxes.
Is there a waiting list to buy cars, refrigerators, or power tools? Sure, we have to wait 20 minutes for a pizza, but are retailers sending customers to their competitors because a shortage of labor leaves them unable to fill orders? Of course not, and if business gets another cut in taxes, there's no reason they'd want to add employees to help phantom customers.
Only a Republican economist can throw out the entire law of supply and demand to please the wealthy. It's only in the GOP bizzarro world that supply directly causes a demand for goods.

Yes, I will not watch her. On the other hand, the more I watch the Reverend Sharpton, the more I like him. HE has definitely gotten it more together. Andrea, unfortunately, hasn't.

To paraphrase: In response to the question whether he made any miscalculations during his term, he said he sincerely didn't think Wall Street would kill the goose that was laying their golden eggs. In other words, he incredibly discounted greed and assumed everyone would play along with financial deregulation relying on the honor system.
Not only did they nearly kill the economic goose, they raped it, plucked it, carved out the best cuts, and set the dying carcass afire at the side of the road for the taxpayers to resuscitate.
Worst Fed Chairman ever.
If we used old Soviet government justice, he and his ilk would be exiled for life to The Tongrass wildlife reserve where he'd be living in a camp on the frozen tundra.
