Local Police Union Switches From Walker To Barrett
The Tom Barrett campaign has announced a new gain, in the wake of Thursday nights release of a documentary video that showed Republican Gov. Scott Walker telling a wealthy donor last year that he had a divide and conquer strategy to take down organized labor: A local police union that had endorsed Walker in the 2010 election, is now instead endorsing Barrett.
The Barrett campaign e-mailed this announcement to reporters:

Not buying any narratives that claim Walker is ahead.
In fact, the primary results showed more Democrats (even subtracting the numbers for the fake Dem) turned out than Republicans.

there is NO way that he is suddenly up 9 points...this is being done to dis-hearten the Dems...and it's working! GOTV!

(65,526 posts)4. It doesn’t matter. The real purpose of these implausible narratives
is to lay the groundwork for stealing the election yet again.
As long as they can keep the total vote counts close and as long as they have these phony polls to prove that the race was close and the Republican was always at least somewhat ahead, they can steal the election and most people will just roll over for it and call the rest of us conspiracy theorists for knowing how often these elections are being stolen out from under us.

(28,498 posts)5. Walker's exemption of police and firefighters' unions was cowardly...
He went after teachers, city and county workers, but exempted police and firefighters.
Talk about craven...

He wants to destroy them.
