This video seems like it has to be a hoax. It was on Fox and now going

all over the net. Apparently a 14 week old fetus, (or 3.5 month) is clapping its hands in the womb. It looks like the arms are way to long for a fetus of this age.

the doctor subsequently edited the video, reversing and going forward to created the repeated clapping, and adding in the parent's singing.

That is according to the mother who posted the video. from snopes:
"So, this video does not really show an unborn child clapping along to its mother's singing while inside the womb. What it does apparently show is a singular movement which has been edited to make it look as if you're a fetus and you know it, you'll clap your hands. "
