Help requested from political experts on running a PAC/Campaigning

As most of you may or may not know...I am the president of a non-connected PAC. I am looking for any advice in advertising, campaigning, throwing events....basically, anything you have to offer a grass root PAC.

They will tell you what to do, how to organize, when to report income, etc. Don't take advice from strangers on a website.
