I cruised the back roads on central Wisconsin last weekend and the amount delivered to your door Scott Walker signs are impressive. They are everywhere but if you take a closer look...
Farm fields don't vote. Irrigation systems don't vote. Empty rentals don't vote. On ramps to the interstate don't vote. Vacant Land doesn't vote.
And... my personal favorite closed businesses don't vote but they have beautiful expensive overly large Scott Walker signs posted for all to see. It makes me laugh.
Whereas those crude hand made recall Scott Walker signs, some faded with months weathering, they... they make me smile.
The media and the pundits say they polls haven't changed, and Walker is fixed at 50%, it's a neck and necker. Right? Well 25% of homes in Wisconsin are cell phone only and those polls are based on "likely voters" with land lines, not a million pissed of "Sconies".
The primary is tomorrow, then the games will begin.
Don't believe the hype. This "trouser snake" is going to go down.

So it could be from my landlord, or from my neighbor. Either way I could care less.
Walker shit on our faces and called it candy.
He's headed for a loss.

(81,565 posts)all the way to November. We need this as a firewall - to shove into republi-CONs' faces that - BEWARE: you try to pull this shit on the people you're supposed to serve, and you won't last long. The GOP all across the country, especially those in the statehouses, needs to be taught this lesson BUT GOOD. All we can hope for, as long as they remain in positions of power, is a chilling effect when they see this happening to one of their own, AND that we can help enough Dems win enough seats to keep these assholes thoroughly corralled and checked, and their lame ideas thwarted and reversed.
